About me
Thanks to PublishAmerica, my first book "Midnight Moments,Midnight Memories", was released in July,2007. My newest book "Easy On My Heart" was released in September. I hope everyone enjoys this collection as much as I enjoyed creating it, I am currently working on novel.. I have been married for 37 years to my wonderful husband, Jim and I have two children, Brandy and her husband, Steve and David and his wife Rachael and five grandchildren, Justin, Magen, Sierra, Laura and Joey. I work for the YWCA/Dove House Protective Shelter in Butler County,Ohio.Many inspirations for my poems come from those women that bless my life. Again, I want to thank Fran, Lisa, Sibyl,and Nancy,for the "life" lessons that each of you have shared with me.
interestsMy favorite past-time is to curl up with a good book. I love music of all genre, handcrafts of types, needlepoint, crochet, etc. Now that its warm I love taking our dogs out for long walks in the evening.
favorite music It's funny as I get older, I find that my taste in music is changing. Right now I am really into the blues, I love everything that Bonnie Riatt and Norah Jones sings, I am rediscovering Ray Charles and BB King and Billie Holiday. I still love Gram Parsons, and Nat King Cole's " Rambling Rose" />Moon River and Elvis! /> />
